List Builders
One of the best ways to build your list is using List Builders not only build my contact list but also advertise my own opportunities. You know when I first started in internet marketing I joined these List Builders for free. I recommend you do that as well if your on a limited budget.
But what I would do is as I began making money I would invest 50 percent of my earnings back into my advertising. I really like List Builder for the simple reason that I can email out my opportunity to 2000 to 3000 people usually every 2 or 3 days which is huge.
I recommend you try using them for your business going forward.
